3 stars not 5 only because after payment the watch just turned up at my door one month later, a little more communication around the dispatch of the watch and it would of been a 5 star experience

I really enjoyed the overall interaction with the team from the sales rep who advised me on the right Sub to choose to the QC person who came back and forth with new pictures to ensure that the watch being shipped to me was completely flawless. The shipping team again ensured a smoothless and pretty fast shipping.
I had a slight issue when receiving the watch with the mechanism. Again the team was really helpful and offered to pay for a local watchsmith if the problem did not solve by itself with their advices. It turns out the watch works perfectly fine now.
I highly recommend. 10/10!
